Refund policy

Refund:
Leatherist aims to facilitate our customers with a convenient set of refund policies. We ensure a fair, and hassle-free refund system to facilitate our clients whenever needed. Our refund policies are as follows:
- This refund policy is applicable for products being distributed within Pakistan only.
- The refund amount shall be compensated in the form of cash only.
- Claims for refunding a product must be communicated within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate the refund inquiry, the order invoice shall be attached with the original product.
- Assistance regarding a refund can be provided within 24 hours of requesting.
- Items to be refunded must be supported by valid claims and proof.
- These conditions are applicable for regular items only. Products on sale shall be refunded through a longer verification process.
- Any purchased item can only be refunded in case of an incorrect shipment, damaged product upon arrival, and other relevant issues.
- Items on sale are non-refundable unless associated with serious issues. No urgency will be associated with the refund of a sale item.
- Items with intact elements such as price tags, packaging, etc., can qualify for a suitable refund. Any alteration or tampering with the original state of the product shall decrease its refund eligibility.

Exchange:
Our exchange policy is designed to deliver maximum customer satisfaction with a facilitative system.
- This exchange policy is valid for products being distributed within Pakistan only.
- An exchange request can only be submitted within the first 7 days of product reception.
- Items redirected in their original state shall be eligible for a suitable exchange.
- An item to be exchanged shall have a counter-product of a similar price range.
- Items to be exchanged shall remain unused to qualify for the process. The product shall be provided along with the order invoice to initiate the exchange.
- Items on sale shall not be exchanged unless containing severe damage upon arrival.
- An exchange request shall be filed with valid proof to support the process.
