- The minimum delivery duration is within 3 – 5 days for both inter and outer-city orders.
- Customized items are to be delivered within a minimum duration of 10 days.
- For customized items, 50% advance payment will be charged, the rest 50% balance amount would be payable as cash-on-delivery.
- Cash-on-delivery products shall be paid for at the shipping address.
- Shipping charges shall vary depending upon the delivery location.
- An order that has been confirmed and dispatched cannot be canceled. Once the order has been received, a refund or exchange process shall be initiated.
